-My private home studio
in the Brooklyn neighborhood of PDX. The studio is in front of my house and sits up high on the charming, yet narrow Pershing street. The space is beautiful with lots of windows, high ceilings, AC and french doors. My reformer, chairs and spine correctors are all top of the line equipment manufactured by Balanced Body.
-Springwater Pilates & Movement Studio
in Westmoreland. New clients are required to take private sessions before joining group classes.
A few things regarding insurance:
-Unfortunately health Insurance does not cover Pilates. However, I do accept HSA and FSA cards as payment for medically recommended Pilates. Please contact me if you have questions.
If you have been in a car accident then Pilates may be completely covered by car insurance. I am happy to contact and bill insurance for your MVA. . Clinical Pilates is used to treat an individual for their specific injuries and physical needs. Your program will be include targeted exercises that improve and address concern and reduces the risk of aggravating and re-injuring. Please contact me right away to get started.
